WebResults is a division of Wilgin, Inc., a small corporation based in Stinson Beach, California. It was started in 1995 by Will Felch, known as "Bill" in his former life, when he worked for 20 years on communications and strategic planning for non-profits, mainly those involved with health care.

Will is the primary Web site developer for WebResults but brings in others as needed to support clients.
