Peter Allen died June 3, 2004 at the age of 60.

Pete's family moved to Stinson in 1967, and he became one of its first surfers before becoming recognized for his sensitive sculptures of wildlife.

He is survived by a daughter, and donations in his memory may be made to the "Molly Ann Allen Trust" in care of Wayne Holter, P.O.Box 517, Ross, CA 94957
