Like WebResults Bistro, there's nothing fancy about WebResults or how we develop Web sites.
As our name implies, WebResults focuses on building sites that obtain results for our clients. That's our basic philosophy and approach.
To get results from a site, an organization needs to consider more than just the design and content. It's critical to understand:
- what you want to achieve
- who the primary target audiences are, and
- how you are going to meet the needs of those target audiences so that they visit and return to the site.
Based on 20 years of experience facilitating strategic planning for professional associations and other non-profits, WebResults has developed a Web and Internet planning process.
We strongly recommend (if not require) that clients hold a planning session to work through this process, with the individuals whose commitment is critical to the success of the Web site participating.
We've facilitated such planning sessions and drafted Web and Internet Plans for all of our clients and many other organizations. (For example, see the International Council of Ophthalmology's Web Plan.)
